What is Feast?
FEAST is a community of young adults and young professionals (mid‑20s to mid‑40s) who meet regularly to build relationships and explore their progressive faith lives. They gather at the churchwide monthly Community Lunch and a quarterly Dinner and Dialogue speaker series, as well as through men’s and women’s small groups.
FEAST is focused on building a community of young people at FUMC, exploring faith and spiritual life through scripture, book studies, and guest speakers. These gatherings are designed to create meaningful and personal interactions among individuals seeking deeper connection and engagement in a faith‑focused environment.
Past and planned topics include:
Faith & Theology — Scripture interpretation, foundational theology, navigating difficult passages
Faith & the Modern World — How faith intersects with current events, technology, AI, and spirituality
Guest Speakers & Special Topics — Conversations on theology, culture, and social issues
