We are pleased to offer parents reservations for single-day use of Before School Care, After School Care and Full Days in our program, where space is available. At times, we have empty slots available in our program and would like to offer them to parents.

What programs can I reserve?
- Before School Care runs from 8:15am – 9:00am, Monday – Friday. For this program, infants are in their regular classroom, toddlers and young twos are in the toddler classroom (adjacent to the playground). Children ages 3-5 years are combined into one group on the lower playground for gross motor play or Wesley Hall in inclement weather.
- After School Care runs from 1:05 to 2:30pm Monday through Thursday. We do not have ASC on Fridays. During ASC, infants and toddlers are in their regular classroom, and twos are in Room 205. Children ages 3-5 years are combined into one group as well, in Room 204. The children begin with a rest time; they are encouraged to rest for 15-20 minutes and then those who are awake are invited to partake in quiet activities. FUMP provides a rest mat and parents may bring a small pillow and blanket, if they so choose. Also, parents should bring a snack for ASC that will be served after rest time. Pick up time is 2:15-2:30.
- Additional full days 9:00am-1:00pm can be reserved as well. If a class has an empty slot, parents can reserve an extra day. Your child will attend their regular class with their regular teacher in the empty slot.
Can I drop in any time?
Reservations must be made in advance and are filled on a first come-first served basis. Reservation requests are due by 10pm SHARP on the day prior to attendance. To clarify, parents should NOT call FUMP in the event that they are running late for pick up time, and request their child be placed in ASC. Thank you.
What are the costs?
The rates for Reserved Spots are as follows: $7 for Before School Care, $15 for After School Care, $30 for a full day of care. Charges will appear on your tuition invoice in the month following your child’s attendance. There is no need to pre-pay for these programs. Cancellations of reservations must also be received by 1:00pm on the day prior to attendance. In the event that the reservation is NOT cancelled by 1:00pm on the prior day, charges will apply.
How do I sign up?
Use the link below to submit a request. There is LIMITED availability so please be sure to see our list below for reservation options, as some classes are full and do not have space available. You must complete a new form for each child and/or date of your reservation. You should receive a confirmation email within minutes of making a reservation. NO VERBAL OR EMAIL RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Thank you.
What classes and programs have availability for reservations?
We are using a school wide calendar to manage reservations. Please select the class that you wish to reserve. The calendar will show if there are placements available for your desired class. You will then type in your information and confirm the reservation. The FUMP office and your child’s teacher will then receive email notification of your reservation.
