Pride is not a single parade or even a month devoted to celebrating the LGBTQ+ community. In June, and throughout the summer, FUMC will explore how Pride and allyship are a part of our everyday life together. In anticipation of the Pride parade returning on Saturday, August 20, we’ll chat also about why the church participates, plan for this year, and dream about what comes with Pride and everyday allyship, especially as we learn together how to support trans kids and their families.
