We offer six worship services every week, so worshipers can surely find a time, place, and setting that meets their needs.
Worship Times
- Wednesday: 7:00 p.m. (In the Murchison chapel)
- Sunday: 9:00, 11:00 a.m. (In the sanctuary and the Murchison chapel)
- Contemplative Service: Sunday 9:00 a.m. (Room 212, Sanctuary Building)
*Holy Communion is served weekly in two of our services, and in all services on the first Sunday/Wednesday of the month.

Driving Directions
First United Methodist Church is located on the northeast corner of Lavaca Street & 12th Street, on the west side of the Capitol in downtown Austin. The FUMC Family Life Center is located across the street diagonally from the church, on the northwest corner of Lavaca Street and 13th Street.
