The Ending Community Homelessness Coalition (ECHO) announces Austin’s 100 Homes Campaign in conjunction with a national grass-roots effort called the 100,000 Homes Campaign to find and place the most vulnerable, long-term homeless individuals into 100,000 households across the country by July 2013.
